After enjoying the first week of summer without biathlon practice, it will be time to hit the ground running next week with the start of the summer training session! The plan for the week is posted below, make sure you bring plenty of water, a small snack and a great attitude to every practice!

Summer Training Schedule June 20th-26th 

Monday June 20
9:00AM:
 Black Team, Blue optional: Adventure run 1.5 hrs, meet at Bohart. 

Tuesday June 21
9:00AM:
 Black/Blue Teams: Shooting at Bohart, Safety review & games. 1.5hrs
11:00AM: Green Team: Shooting at Bohart, Safety review & games. 1.5hrs

Wednesday June 22
9:00AM: 
Black/Blue Teams: Strength Test, Location TBD: 1hr

Thursday June 23
9:00AM:
 Black/Blue Teams: Shooting at Bohart, strength & games. Focus on sight alignment: 1.5hrs
11:00AM: Green Team: Shooting at Bohart, strength & games. Focus on sight alignment: 1.5hrs

Friday June 24
9:00AM: All Teams: Running Test at Bridger Bowl: 1.5hrs

Saturday June 25
Active Rest

Sunday June 26
Adventure with Family & Friends: biking, hiking, swimming, anything! 
Black Team: 1.5 hrs
Blue & Green Teams: 1 hr
